My Report

With your home/well inspection, you will get a detailed and comprehensive inspection report with state of the art inspection software (Spectora), which will serve as your blue print for as long as you own the home. The home inspection report you receive describes each of the major systems of the home, including:

• Roof
• Exterior
• Structure
• Electrical
• Heating
• Cooling
• Insulation and ventilation
• Plumbing
• Interior
• Well (if well inspection is ordered)

The report addresses the condition of each of these systems. Any recommended repairs, replacements or improvements are clearly documented. The report also includes a summary of color coded issues for quick reference:

Blue:  maintenance and small defects

Orange:  defects to pay more attention to (will show up in summary)

Red:  Larger defects that should be addressed/replaced sooner than later (will show up in summary)
